According to Law No. 78-17 of 06 January 1978 the National Commission de l'Informatique and Liberties (CNIL), relating to data, files and freedoms (Article 36), the holder of the right of access may require that data be corrected, completed, clarified, updated or deleted the information that is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated or whose collection, use, communication or storage is prohibited.
