The original language of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use is French, and they have been translated here for your convenience. All Terms are in accordance with French law and users are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
  
ARTICLE 2 - PRICES
2-1 Currency used for pricing and payment
The unit prices of our products are given in Euros (€) including VAT on the pages of the site and exclusive VAT in the basket visible in the right column of the site. All payments must be made in euros.
2-2 VAT applied to orders delivered in France and in countries of the European Union (EU)
For the supply of products by individuals in France and other countries of the European Union (EU), the purchase price is includes all taxes, and French VAT. The invoice will bear the exclusive VAT amount, VAT in force in France and the total amount, including all taxes.
2-3 Intra-community VAT
For companies or resellers within the European Union (excluding France), the inclusion of the VAT number when entering the shipping address allows you to benefit from the establishment of a duty free price. We will verify the validity of the VAT number upon receipt of the order before starting production. Regardless, the customer is required to fulfill the obligations in force in his country in terms of declaration of VAT.
2-4 Price for deliveries in a country of the European Union 
Our current tariffs provide different choices and shipping costs for all EU countries when deciding on the delivery country. The shipping cost is shown net of tax (VAT). For an individual, the VAT on the fare applies. For an EU company with a valid VAT number, taxes are not charged in transport.
2-4 bis Price for deliveries in a country outside the European Union
Our current tariffs provide different choices and shipping costs for many countries to select when choosing the country of delivery. The finalization of the order reflects the choice of shipping method and therefore the inclusion (or not) of various fees involved.
2-5 Change in prices
 Campanuna reserves the right to change prices at any time (with different shipping rates), but the products will be charged on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of order entry subject to availability.
2-6 Cost of shipping
Shipping costs are estimated when choosing the delivery location (country) and the shipping method. They take all tariffs available to us by our various carriers. It is difficult to make available all such rates as information available on the site given the diversity of packing lists and countries where our products are available, so these are estimated costs only until finalized.
 
ARTICLE 3 - CONTROLS
Only orders made on our site are taken into account.
However, we respond to specific requests that may be subject to establishment of estimates. Information exchanges are by mail or fax. Requests may also be taken into account after the receipt of payment.
 
Campanuna reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a lawsuit over payment of a previous order, or who is considered risky or fraudulent following the system established by our financial partner, or if we believe that a customer is not acting lawfully or in good faith.
 
ARTICLE 4 - VALIDATION - RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
When you click "OK" after the checkout process, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use fully and without reservation. The data recorded at the time of validation is proof of all transactions made by Campanuna and its customers.
The data recorded by the system of payment through our secure payment partner Cyberplus constitutes evidence of financial transactions.
 
Pursuant to Article L121-16 of the Consumer Code concerning distance selling of goods subject to customization, the buyer can not exercise its right to abandon its purchase commitment within seven clear days after the order date. At our discretion, we can always accept a cessation order or a modification thereof if the bell is not launched into production. If we discover a mistake in the order received or if the order is unclear, we always contact the customer to ask for confirmation before producing the bell.
 
ARTICLE 5 - TIME OF MANUFACTURE AND DELIVERY
The average time of manufacture and delivery is approximately three (3) weeks after confirmation of the order. An automatic calculation of the expected date of delivery is made by the site and reported to you for information when finalizing your order. This date is only an estimate. If a client requests a particularly complex customization of a bell or if the equipment accompanying the bell requires special manufacturing, then the delivery date could be extended further out than the original estimate. Under these circumstances, Campanuna will inform the client of the new delivery time by e-mail. In certain configurations such as bells with wooden yokes or in the manufacture of special equipment, Campanuna carries a floor plan of the bell and calls the client to validate the plan before the manufacturing of the begins. Under these circumstances, the estimated time until delivery starts only when the plan is formally validated by e-mail, fax or mail. In cases of unusual or unexpected delays during manufacturing or delivery, we will notify you by email or by mail.
 
ARTICLE 6 - DELIVERY
• 6.1 General
Once manufacturing has been completed, your bell and other products are normally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. They are delivered to the shipping address you provided during the ordering process. The shipping time corresponds to the time of delivery specified by the carrier for each country. Campanuna is not responsible for consequences due to delayed delivery.
 
• 6.2 Delivery Problems
Goods are always shipped at the buyer's risk, although we make every effort to send them under the best packing conditions. At the time of delivery, the customer is responsible for inspecting the shipped goods before signing the delivery receipt and must indicate any anomaly concerning the delivery (abnormal, damaged...) at this time on the delivery form accompanied with your signature. You should also confirm your concerns to the carrier no later than two business days following receipt of the items and send a copy of this letter to Campanuna, Paccard Bellfoundry, Route des Saintiers - 74320 SEVRIER (Lake Annecy). If the products need to be returned to us, this must occur within two business days after delivery. Any claim made after this deadline will not be accepted.
 

ARTICLE 7 - COMPLAINT
Any claim relating to complaints about the order in kind or quantity must be made by letter within eight days after delivery. No article may be reproduced or shared without prior consent from Campanuna.
 
ARTICLE 8 - RETENTION OF PROPERTY
In accordance with the provisions of the Act of May 12, 1980 and the Act of January 25, 1985 amended June 10, 1994, Campanuna expressly reserves ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price, fees and materials, has been completed.
 
ARTICLE 9 - PAYMENT
By credit card online : Regulation of purchases made by credit card : Visa, MasterCard & EuroCard.

Other payment methods
 
Check : We accept checks in Euros, payable in France, as a mode of regulation. Print your invoice from the site and include the check amount on the Campanuna order and mail to our address

Payment by credit card online : Your order is secured by Cyberplus, our payment provider. When you enter your card number and expiration date, the data is instantly encrypted. In addition to being encrypted and therefore unreadable, this information is not stored either on our server or at Cyberplus (that is why we asked you to provide it each time you purchase), which prevents theft and fraud.
Payment by credit card offline : Upon receipt of your credit card data by fax or mail, we process the credit card transaction through our payment service provider and then we hide this information immediately so as to make it unreadable.
Username, password and login : You are responsible for keeping your username and password in a safe place. Do not leave it on your computer. Please remember to log off from the site « campanuna.com » when you leave your computer.
